Northwest 7v7 Championship
Portland, Oregon has always been a town with big time talent. 2 PM this Sunday the stage will be set at James Madison High School where the finest football talent from Oregon and Washington will face off for the Northwest 7v7 Championship. miliar names of Former Pac-12 players and now E Force coaches are Alex Brink, , LaMicheal James, Ryan McCants, James Dockery and Alex Linnenkohl. Top players this season that have been highlighted are Wilsonville Wildcat, Connor Neville, and West Linn’s Elijah Molden. Both have gained a lot of recruiting attention nationally and are 2017 recruits that will contribute in a big way to their future universities.
Ford Sports Performance will be arriving to the Park Rose neighborhood coming off a Saturday’s showdown for the Left Coast Elite Title in Seattle. While this may seem like a quick turnaround, rest isn’t an issue thanks to the depth and talent on team FSP. Lead by highly recruited athletes this Bellevue based 7v7 team pulls talent from all across the Evergreen state. Some notable names are Hunter Bryant, Salvon Ahmad, and Connor Wedington. This Sundays game will be one to remember before each team heads off to their National 7v7 tournaments. Former Portland State Viking, Tracy Ford, who played for Jerry Glanville after transferring from Idaho, coaches Ford Sports Performance. Also on the FSP coaching staff is former Washington Huskies, Kavario Middleton and Darrin Harris.
There is always a great rivalry when these northwest states collide. Oregon vs. Washington football, to the good ole days of the Blazers vs Sonics i5 rivalry, so we know the competition will not disappoint. The winner and loser of this event will be heavy favorites in upcoming national 7v7 tournaments. Team E Force and Team FSP have a lot in common, and losing isn’t one of them.
